  1. For tikki/patty Take boiled mashed potatoes in a bowl, add boiled veggies, chopped coriander leaves, ginger chilli paste, garam masala, lemon juice,a tsp cornflour, give it a good mix, grease your palm & make round patties.
  2. For the cornflour slurry take 3tbsp cornflour in a bowl, add a pinch of salt add water and make a pouring consistency paste..keep it aside, keep ready bread crumbs in a plate... now take prepared tikkis dip in the cornflour slurry, roll it in bread crumbs shallow fry them until crispy and golden brown.
  3. Now cut burger buns in to half apply butter warm it on frying pan & take it out.
  4. Place patties on frying pan, place cheese slice on it cover it with a bowl until cheese melts, apply some tomato sauce on the buns place lettuce, some cucumber slices, tomato slices, sprinkle little salt & black pepper, now place patty on top of it& place onion rings, apply some mayonnaise on another bun & place it on the patty.. and it's done, you can serve it with some potato fries....
